Monitoring - The IBMid authentication service was experiencing issues that may prevent some customers from logging in to the IBM Support Portal (support.ibm.com). Customers who are still unable to login and have a critical Severity 1 issue that cannot wait for portal access to be restored should contact IBM Support directly by phone.
